I bought them to try to improve the shock absorption in some Converse shoes after reading an article online suggesting they are good for this. Unfortunately they raise the heel too high for this type of shoe so probably won’t serve my purpose. However, they feel like a quality item and the cushioning under the heel and arch is firm but comfortable. In the right kind of shoe they’d be great

Two emails and several days later the seller requested a photo, it was duly sent and after another long wait I was promised the correct lead would be sent. Days have passed and as yet it hasn't arrived. This seller appears not to care a jot for his customers and I would advise anyone to steer well clear.
