    They are long lasting, ive been biting my nails for over 40 years mainly because I worked with my hands, when a nail broke it was just easy to bite it off, but ive been stopped for around 4 yrs but the slightest feel of them not right im tempted to bite. Ive found these metal nail files just easier to use and longer lasting than the boards or diamond files which go smooth after a while. These don't so they are always ready for use, they don't go smooth when you need them most.
