Pallet Orders (Over 220kg) Shipped Same Day, on a 3-5 Day Service. Please have Contact Info up to date to arrange delivery for Pallet Orders. Orders over 1000kg will require your OWN forklift. The ground/road around the property need to be flat, level and solid. This service requires a signature, unless you advise a safe place to leave it, at the driver’s discretion if safe to do so, HSS hold no responsibility if left.
 
Where a delivery cannot be made due to access we will attempt a redelivery at your request for a charge of £65.00 per pallet on the following day or when arranged. Pallet orders cancelled on route, or returned due to ground conditions/access will incur a return fee of £65.00 per pallet, deducted from refunds given.
