    I contacted the seller initially because the item did not arrive, then the post office asked me to pay £3.50 postage and this item arrived. I contacted the seller to explain that I paid postage but they didn't respond or offer a refund. Not a Good experience

    The buyer claimed that she had to pay extra for postage on receipt of the item from me. She opened the case and then closed it in my favour, with eBay stating to me that no further action is required from me. Nevertheless, I did ask the buyer for evidence of additional postage fee she had to pay as she claimed. A screenshot from the Royal Mail was provided to me with no proof of the extra fee she paid. Unfortunately, an unfair negative feedback was left on me as a result.
