    Assembly instructions would have helped

    The obelisks are self assembly. The only 'instructions' are drawings of the various parts. No exploded diagram or words to tell you what goes where and how. There are similar photos on the supplier website and they were unable to supply any other information. I worked it out but would only recommend to buyers with good spatial skills and experience of this kind of thing. Also it is soft wood. I've applied two coats of a good garden paint and made plastic 'socks' for the legs where they go into the ground. Be prepared to spend a lot more than the hour suggested for each obelisk. So I'm pleased with the outcome but not the process.

    Two sturdy obelisks

    These are substantial obelisks with screw fixings unlike the flimsier stapled ones. The finial wasn’t attached well but a spot of glue fixed that. These are the best I’ve found after a year of looking and they’re very good value for money.

    Really disappointing

    Better quality for the price, no strength to it and doesn’t go together very well, really disappointed with these, doubt they’ll do more than a season and I fell for the price they should be much better quality, definately won’t buy again
