Good quality and batteries are fitted in the remotes. You need to supply your own batteries but even so the price is amazing for such a great piece of kit. This was sent really fast and very well packed. It looks good on the wall and is really reliable. Whats really good is a very slight delay before the alarm goes off so if theres an intruder - they are well and truly going to be encouraged to leave fast !

For interest, the remote controls do include a button cell battery but you need to pull the little plastic tab out of the back of the control.
