This item was delivered by parcel force who said that they left the parcel with my neighbour. My neighbour said they hadn't had it. I looked on the tracking information photo and it wasn't my neighbours house. Luckily for me there are still some honest people around and a man from 2 roads down bought my parcel to me. I have made a complaint to parcel force.
