Absolutely nothing wrong with the seller. But I bought this chair for my 7 month old son. And it’s awful! Both clips have snapped so don’t stay done up, the tie that holds them in left him with marks on his belly, the top of the chair isn’t padded what so ever so he hit his head on the top pole, he kept leaning over the side and managed to flip himself out. The vibrate on it makes a rattling sound. So the chair is actually unsafe and I wouldn’t recommend anyone buying these

Wouldn't bother waisting your money. Ordered for my son and it arrived with the musical toy not working and the seat cover was covered in mold. So they sent new out and the toy only worked for a day or so. Tried new batteries and not working and were you fasten your baby in. It's not lined up right you carnt fasten your baby in because it's in the wrong place. Waist of money really wouldnt bother worst thing I've bought.
