The Terms and Conditions below outline the terms of sale for any and all sales made between the customer and Sliding Wardrobes LTD. The following conditions apply to and are deemed to be incorporated in all contracts for sale and supply of the company's services and materials.

Guarantee

1. All sliding wardrobe doors and tracking systems are subject to a 10 Year Guarantee.

2. Any and all products detailed above which are reported as faulty, will be covered under the manufacturers 10 year guarantee policy.

3. Any item damaged due to incorrect fitting or negligence in which our products were not designed for, will be exempt from the above guarantee.

General

1. The placing of an order expresses acceptance of our terms and conditions of business.

2. These terms and conditions do not affect the customer's statutory rights.

3. Due to different computer resolution settings, the colour options shown are close representations of the products sold. If your items are in any way different from those detailed on the website the company cannot be held responsible for any costs incurred in replacing these items.

Payment

1. Full payment is required at time of order.

2. No property in and or title to the goods shall pass from the company to the customer unless and until the customer has made full and complete payment to the company.

Delivery

1. All goods should be inspected and checked thoroughly before signing the delivery note. If in some cases this is not possible any damages should be reported within 24 hours of receiving the goods. If an item is reported damaged which exceeds this time Sliding Wardrobes Ltd cannot be held responsible for the cost of any replacement items.

2. Our delivery lead-time is set at 28 days from date of order, to the date received by customer, but we will endeavor to deliver earlier if possible. Sliding Wardrobes Ltd cannot be held responsible for delays on deliveries incurred by external delivery companies.

3. Delivery entitlement is to anywhere within mainland United Kingdom.

4. Any potential problems in reference to the delivery (e.g. Low bridges, restricted access) should be made known prior to order. Couriers will deliver to ground floor only.

Installation

1. Sliding Wardrobes Ltd cannot be held responsible for the ill fitting of our products as a result of customers’ mistakes when measuring. If any incorrect sizes were given when placing the order we must be informed in writing within 5 working days after the order has been placed.
