The supplier did call to ask the make of the wheelchair prior to dispatch, as I wasn't sure of the manufacturer I had to calculate the size and fixings from information and photos. It was purchased on the basis that i would pay for returning the item if it wasn't suitable. I was happy with this, The item arrived to the minute by post office parcel force and it clipped into position on the chair exactly.

Right from the initial enquiry, the response was quite outstanding indeed, the item arrived less than 48 hours after order placed, amazing piece of kit for the price. Exactly as described, only one adverse comment, ebay offered a voucher reduction to £123.49, but it wasn't applied, I have sent them an email, but nothing has happened as yet
