Terms and conditions of the sale
Age of Consent
Where Goods may only be purchased by persons of a certain age the Buyer must accept the age limit when placing an order to declare that they are of the appropriate legal age to purchase the Goods.
If the Seller discovers that the Buyer is not legally entitled to order certain Goods, the Seller shall be entitled to cancel the order immediately, without notice
 
Delivery
Goods supplied within the United Kingdom will normally be delivered within five working days of acceptance of order.
The Seller shall use its reasonable endeavours to meet any date agreed for delivery. In any event time of delivery shall not be of the essence and the Seller shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the Buyer or any third party arising directly or indirectly from any failure to meet any estimated delivery date.
Delivery of the Goods shall be made by a third party to the Buyer's address specified in the order and the Buyer shall make all arrangements necessary to take delivery of the Goods whenever they are tendered for delivery.
Title and risk in the Goods shall pass to the Buyer upon delivery of the Goods.
 
Price and Payment
The price of the Goods shall be that stipulated on the Ebay listing. Unless stated on the Ebay listing to the contrary, the Price is inclusive of VAT and delivery charges.
The total purchase price, including VAT and delivery charges, if any, will be displayed prior to confirming the order and completing the payment process.
After the order is received the Seller shall confirm by email the details, description and price for the Goods.
Payment of the Price plus VAT and delivery charges must be made in full before dispatch of the Goods by the Seller.
The Seller reserves the right to cancel the Contract if:-
The Seller has insufficient stock to deliver the Goods;
The Seller does not deliver to the Buyer's area; or
One or more of the Goods was listed at an incorrect price due to any error.
If the Seller does cancel the Contract, the Seller will notify the Buyer by e-mail and will re-credit to the Buyer's account any sum deducted by the Seller from the Buyer's credit card / Paypal account as soon as possible. The Seller will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation to the Buyer.
The Seller reserves the right to adjust the price and specification of any item on the Ebay website at its discretion. 1.7 The Seller reserves the right to withdraw any goods from the Ebay website at any time.
The Seller shall not be held liable to anyone for withdrawing any Goods from the Ebay Website or for refusing to process an order

The Seller warrants that the Goods will at the time of dispatch correspond to the description given by the Seller. Except where the Buyer is dealing as a Consumer, all other warranties, conditions, or terms relating to fitness for purpose, merchant ability or condition of the Goods, whether implied by Statute, common law or otherwise are excluded, and the Buyer is satisfied as to the suitability of the Goods for the Buyer's purpose.

Commenting after one use, it is a good effective cutter, and easy to use, but it is also quite heavy as can be expected from its strong and robust construction. It just means using it in shorter bursts for me, but a bargain at that price. I assume it will be reliable.
