Its for clued up Lindsay addicts!
This is an early Lindsay Lohan film, only released recently on the back of her amazing rise to stardom in the past few years. I would recommend it to all the big Lindsay fans out there like myself as you can really see how she stands out from the other kids in the film (there is supposed to be a real group mystery-solving dynamic but it doesn't really work because the film isn't long enough for all the characters to develop and Lindsay steals every scene!). Unfortunately there aren't many extra features on the disc because this was only a Disney Channel film originally not a big Hollywood production and they wouldn't have expected at the time that it would ever be released on DVD. The plot of the film is a bit complicated and a little confusing, but what is interesting is to see how ... It's hard to define exactly what Lindsay does that's so great because essentially she just walks around in a lot of amazing outfits and says 'oh my gosh!' a lot, but she really does shine as brightly even in this early film as in any of her later famous ones. This is mainly for Lindsay fans, although overall it's a likeable piece of Disney fluff and will appeal to any kids who like detective stories.

BEFORE THEY KNOW IT, THEY FIND THEMSELVES HOT ON THE TRAIL OF A STORY BIGGER THAN THEY COULD EVER IMAGINED. GOOD FILM WITH UNIVERSAL RATING.

This is a great film for all Lindsay Lohan fans out there, especially the girlies. A few other known faces chart this film such as Brenda Song from Disney Channels The Suite Life of Zack and Cody. Great for all your budding detectives out there, but dont expect this to be a sugar sweet movie, its not. But enough action to keep the kids entertained and enough funny (ha, ha) stuff to stop the boredom. There is also the rich and poor element in this to which one character learns how to "ride the subway"!This is a great film for all Lindsay Lohan fans out there, especially the girlies. I have been looking for this DVD and was thrilled to find it. Super family film,you will enjoy it if you like films like Freaky Friday,which also stars Lindsey Lohan. Contains bonus features.
