Hot flushes
I have had months of horrendous night sweats. I was completely traumatised by broken sleep and being frozen during the night - yet sweating! I tentatively tried sage - not expecting it to work. After around 22 days of continuous use (don’t miss a dose, I leave mine by my bedside so I can’t forget as sleeping was such an issue), the night sweats practically stopped dead. Yes, I get a little warm through the night a couple of times but no hideous sweating. I have also added lots of flaxseed, and other foods known to boost estrogen to my diet. Just this week I added soya milk where I could tolerate it. But I believe it’s the sage that are stopping the hot sweats. At some point, I need to eliminate one of these so I know for sure. But in the meantime I cannot recommend these highly enough. ... I have had months of horrendous night sweats.
