Ran into some hiccups with this order. Quality Control issue at Brother and machine had to be returned for a replacement. The customer service at this company was extraordinary ‼️ They made it all better. 😊 Sent me a return label and a replacement machine in record time. Can’t thank them enough for their professionalism and efficiency. It’s so great to feel like an “important “ customer. Doesn’t always happen in today’s world. Would definitely do business with them again‼️
