I bought 2000 custom wristbands, and provided my artwork and clear instructions but they just prinited my four artworks on four pre-coloured wristbands (which one of them wasn't the coulour I had) and mentioned that they can't print artwork as they might crack. So not sure why they sell these custom wristbands in the first place. Now that it's too late and my event is close, asking me to return all for refund. I asked to at least correct 500 of them and they're still too busy for it.

Firstly, you haven't requested for us to change 500 of them. In fact if you was only unhappy with 500 of them I would happily change those. Your artwork was not suitable for what we print. You placed an order for 2000 and then wanted 4 different coloured designs with full coverage which is something we don't do. In good faith we printed on 4 different coloured bands even though you paid for a single colour., we offered to return so free to go elsewhere but realised no supplier would do it.
