The mattress smells fine no horrible smell like other peoples reviews. Pretty firm mattress for memory foam though. Not what I expected but never the less I feel well supported and it’s worth the money definitely maybe don’t go for 12 inch deep as it was hard to find fitted sheet that fit!

We love this mattress, we slept on one for a few nights when we stayed in an Air BnB & had such a good sleep we asked the host where it was from. We have now bought one for our campervan conversion, have slept on it for a couple of nights & find it so comfy, if you allow it to expand & air it out properly in a ventilated space the new smell goes. Have recommended to family already :)

Contacted seller regarding this mattress - having had 3 memory foam ones previously - this is extremely HARD but I was told I would be charged £50 to return it and in the original packing which was a piece of clear polythene ( no box) quite impossible to return as packaging was cut in order to remove ! This companies policy has shocked me - how could you return an item which has to be opened to allow it to expand then return in original packaging and at £50 cost ???
