I cannot express how happy I am with my purchase. I have stove that was manufactured in Bulgaria and could not find any measurements on line for the vermiculite. Katie who explained that they could cut the vermiculite to size. Once all the measurements and diagrams were agreed, Katie emailed me the price. I paid for the item at 5.15pm on the Monday evening and it was delivered at 11.30am the next morning!! All fitted and fits perfectly. Thank you Katie!! Excellent company to deal with.
