It came in bubble-wrap envelope (without box as the item description says). All new and ready to go. I found this item to be quite difficult to put on but after hot bath it s a little easier. Definitely straightens and helps, not sure about the spray :D

pegs too long for toe nail
The pegs provided were too long for the toe nail and the curvature of the nail meant that it would be impossible to use it. I had used the spray ,so I decided to put the purchase down to experience, Great idea but not universal enough to fit all nail sizes

Not as good as I hoped.
In theory it would be good but the clipper is too straight. My nail is not that curved but I can't put the clipper on it. I would suggest to do the straightening gradually so it would be nice to start with a curved clipper and then to continue with a less curved one until it gets straight.

Ingrowing Toenail Complete Clip & Spray Kit
