    Decent mid range fan. Effective but needs a lower speed setting.

    Fan looks good and is effective at blowing lots of air quite quickly. On the down side, even the lowest speed setting is quite fast, needs to be half that speed. This makes it noisy in a quiet setting like a bedroom at night, and also means you can't really set it to be a "gentle breeze". You basically have to choose between "strong wind", "gale" and "hurricane". Only other comment, the bracket for angie adjustment seems quite weak, not sure how long it will last.

    Very loud!

    I read the reviews about how noisy this was but I ignored, thinking all fans are noisy. This one is ridiculously loud and I was afraid my neighbours would knock and complain. Unless your already working in a very noisy environment I wouldn't bother. Not for use in a home!

    Not that noisy.

    This fan can’ t be the same as the one that some of the other reviewers have purchased. Mine is not that noisy. All I can hear is the normal wind noise that you get from all electric fans. Even at high speed there is no noticeable noise coming from the motor itself. This fan is entirely made from steel and, like all fans whose components are made with metal, if all of the connections are not tightened sufficiently you can expect to get some vibration noise. It looks good quality but my only criticism , which is very minor, is that on setting number one the wind speed is still quite high and this could be an issue with some purchasers. I consider this fan for quality and price worthy of a five star rating.

    Great fan

    Good powerful fan but as stated by another customer it could of done with being a little slower on 1st setting. Have had other fans where the motor was so underpowered I think it came from those mini hand fans this on the other hand has bags of torque and does not struggle powering up.

    A Robust Metal Fan with Brilliant Performance

    Firstly, delivery was super quick. It's an excellent product. Yes it's slightly noisy but it's a full metal fan with metallic blades so you should expect some noise. The alternative products have plastic blades which easily snap if you accidentally drop the fan or rattle it accidentally. So, all reviews about the noise complaint are totally unfair. It's a robust product with excellent design that is very easy to assemble. It's a longterm investment and I highly highly recommend it. Five stars ☆☆☆☆☆ for me, and then some 😊
