I am sorry the item has broken as they were not broken when dispatched. These are new and boxed and only removed from boxes on dispatch. They are packed in unbendable envelopes to avoid breakage of lead. I use them a lot and they only break if you press hard on the tip when being used. I wish you had contacted me before leaving feedback as I could have resolved the issue. I am only a message away.
