I didn’t receive my purchase. The item was packaged poorly and all I received was a broken package from Roysl Mail and their instructions for claiming for the lost items. The seller has not had the courtesy to respond even when I advised that only he could claim for the lost items because he used Track 48 service. He has not advised he would claim or offered me a refund or replacement product. EBay have refused to help despite the proof. Do not use this seller, disgusting customer service!!
