I was sent the wrong colour and length in extensions. I ordered blonde 24 inch and got brown 20inch. I have tried contacting the seller and had one reply, then nothing else.

Unfortunately the seller sent the wrong colour and the wrong size. Communication was slow but within 1 day. Successfully sent items back and issued a refund immediately when they received the goods. They didn’t have the colour and size I had ordered - not sure if they were chancing their arm and hoping I’d be ok with them - obviously I wasn’t! So maybe before ordering ask them if they have your exact item in stock first!
