They returned part of the amount, but I never understood why they explained to me that there was an unpaid amount, even though the operator said that the item was clean.

PLEASE READ THE LISTING. It clearly says CLEAN & OUT OF CONTRACT devices ONLY. His IMEI was clean but was not paid off. Therefore IMEI was denied by the official unlock server as it's an UNPAID DEVICE. (Verified by carrier as well). We explained it to the buyer in messages multiple times as well and yet he does not admit that Clean IMEI and Out of Contract are two different things. PLEASE READ THE LISTING and make sure your device meets the unlocking requirements before order.
