    Good for fans. It’s not as good as his previous books, but there are some recipes I will definitely attempt.

    A different sort of cookery book, an educational read with great recipes but there are a lot of ingredients in each recipe.

    Mediterranean flavour

    Although some of the ingredients are not in everyone's store cupboard, the recipes are easy to follow and the flavours slightly out of the ordinary. This is not the first of his books that I have bought.
