Good communication however the item was not new as described as the pieces were loose in the box and not sealed in a plastic bag as is the case with these 3D Trefl puzzles. There was also visible pet hairs and the knobs on a couple of pieces were damaged. The item price was good and the puzzle is difficult to find so I'm happy to leave as is. It's possible the seller bought this puzzle in good faith believing it was new and just didn't check inside before listing it.
