The seller stole dust bags that were supposed to come with the shoes, as they stated that they are NEW (which they are). Every designer shoe comes with dust bags and so does this one. They stole them in order to sell them for more money on another website. The seller chose regular shipping, but charged me expedited shipping, which is twice as expensive. Seller charged customs fees when there should be none under U.S. regulations. Seller given ample time to resolve, but never did. Still waiting.
