If you're into gas-lighting and snarky terse responses, than this seller is for you. As for me I'm out. Never again.
The seller did ultimately give me a full refund, but it was a long painful process to get there.
It's easy to be a good seller when everything goes as planned. It's when things don't go well (in my case the package was never delivered) is when customer service skills are a real asset. IMO this seller has much to learn.
