Really helped my badly blistered heels. Comfortable to wear and not noticeable. They can ‘wrinkle’ if putting tight socks on over the protector which is frustrating. I don’t need them now so I can’t comment on how long they last, but I’m keeping them safe just in case they’re needed again.
