All items are stocked from our UK warehouse and we will ship your order quickly and efficiently.
 
WARRANTY and RETURNS
All Returns must be conducted via the Ebay process.
 
Each spare part is covered by a comprehensive 6 month warranty. Should your product(s) arrive damaged by the carrier or faulty, we will either issue a replacement or refund your item(s) free of charge for you. All items sold are new & unused unless otherwise stated and should therefore be returned in the same saleable condition. We will accept any items back for refund if they are returned to us in original, unopened packaging and are in an unused condition - complete with original untarnished packaging (boxes and packaging must also be returned in the same saleable unblemished condition). Refunds will be made of the purchase price paid if returned within 60 calendar days of receipt. Returns postage and packaging costs should be met by the buyer unless the item is either damaged or faulty. If goods are damaged or faulty please notify us through eBay messaging to enable us to issue you with a pre-paid returns label. Once we have received your item using the pre-paid returns label a refund will then be given unless a replacement has been issued prior to return. All goods returned must be arranged prior to sending via the eBay messaging service. This will enable us to assist you more thoroughly with your request and to deal with any difficulties. Refunds will only be issued if the buyer encloses within the return a copy of the purchase invoice, a brief explanation as to why the item is being returned, and also their eBay user name, ID and home address.     Best Pressure Washer on the market

    I have always used Karcher in my business there are many cheaper washers on the market but none can compete with Karcher I have always told friends and colleagues do not buy buy cheaper foreign washers because you get what you pay for rubbish I have been a Karcher user both professionally and in my garden for many years and wouldn't dream of buying anything than Karcher.     Karcher wash brush

    This karcher wash brush is far better then the smaller 1s which even though they themselves are good just too small. This 1 is far better due not to the width of the brush head but because it goes in the right direction for better and easier cleaning. The bristles are slightly harder then the smaller 1s but it makes for easier cleaning and does not scratch the paint work.
