Bargain balance board, excellent piece of equipment
An excellent piece of equipment! I bought it for my son to use as he has poor eye tracking which many dyslexic children have. Strengthenjng the core muscles really hhelps with eye tracking so he spends around 10 mins a day on the board, plus does one other set of exercises. He loves the board! I use it too, as does everyone who comes round our house!

Wobble board used for ballet
I bought this wobble board for my 2 daughters age 6&11 to help with there balance and daily exercise routine. The wobble board is excellently made thick wood platform and a brilliant non slip foot area, especially good when wearing any shoes or socks. The wobble board size is brilliant excellent for an adult or child. The wobble fitting is neatly cased so no hidden screws or splinter. Overall rating for money A🌟🌟🌟 grab one of these there an excellent bargain and excellent product. JUST WHAT THE DOCTOR ORDERED!
Amazing product that i am currently using for rehabilitation from a Torn ACL. Was reccomended this product by my physio, and i do not regret buying it. My knee has become much more stable since using this. It's a very well built product which includes the anti-slip pads on the top. My product also arrived a few days before the estimated delivery time which i am more than pleased with! definitely recommend this to anyone who has recently had an ACL operation and is in their early stages of rehab, it'll be your best friend!Amazing product that i am currently using for rehabilitation from a Torn ACL. Well made product!
good, well made, solid wooden board with hard plastic base underneath. Has a grip surface that works really well with socks on. My nine year son uses it no problems, great for children with hypermobility issues in the ankles in the knees and for adults with the same to do more advanced exercises. Would recommended really cheap for what you get, was surprised how well made it is.

Great large sturdy board
Very happy with the board. It is quite large, quite high (I suppose), looks good, is sturdy, the anti-grip surface is very good barefoot or with socks. I've been using it daily in th elast week and already feel a great improvement in my knee stability and ankle flexibility. Highly recommend !
