    The quality is exactly as described by the seller as well as shown in the pictures, which involved a crease on one corner. But for a book this old, I can't complain as it was hard to find! Have to give the seller credit for using actual pictures of the book and not some generic stock photo that other people have used. The book looks great, and had a wave of nostalgia flipping through it. Well worth the price! Would recommend the seller, as they shipped it quickly and safely.

    Reliving the fantasy.

    Great visit to the past! It brought back memories of that time and little did we know how great Tom's acting career would turn out. He was just a young comedian, nothing to indicate how good he would turn out. Daryl a true heart throb. She made me wish mermaids did exist! It was a cute romance story. I'd forgotten how funny John Candy was. Eugene had me rolling on the floor again. All of these actors gave us years of entertainment. Great chemistry in Splash.

    One of the greatest Mermaid movies I have ever seen. This was produced by Disney under the guise of the newly formed company Touchstone pictures. It stars Tom Hanks, Darrell Hannah, and John Candy, All Legends of comedy. For people with kids, The film is rated PG and has a few nudity scenes where Darrell is shown from the back naked. The film's story is original and cute. The film is dated, but is still a good watch. Movie is about a guy who falls in love with a mermaid, and the mermaid comes on land to search out her love interest. One of my favorite Tom Hanks Movies

    Splash is the story about a young man that owns a company with his brother. He has trouble finding the right woman, and spends most of his time as a workaholic. Then one day he met a beautiful woman, not knowing that she is actually a mermaid, and falls deeply in love. This is a typical Tom Hanks movie, full of fun and comedy. John Candy, Eugene Levy and Daryl Hannah all come together to make this one of the funniest movies they created together. This is a movie the whole family can watch and enjoy.
