Sent product back as it was faulty and received an aggressive rant from focal serve accusing me of switching their product with that of a competitor whom I had recently ordered a replacement from. They admitted that the product I returned was fake (their own product) so not only are they apparently selling fakes but they are also rude and aggressive and have no idea of customer service. Avoid for both reasons.

    Frownies for 11 linee

    Hi, I've been using now for a week for my deep 11 lines between my eyes, easy to apply and can honestly say they have made a difference. My lines are very prominent and now they aren't quite as much, they're never going to get rid of them but didn't want to go the botox route. Happish customer.

    Uncomfortable patches

    Probably work well but I found them uncomfortable and in my sleep keep taking it off. I have used the soft type and much prefer that type. I won't be reordering anymore. Pricey too!

    Good for the most part

    These mostly work. They have reduced most of the fairly deep line in between my eyebrows but there is one part they are struggling with. I also struggle to get a good placement of the patch to correct this certain area. I'd like to think I can cut the patch to size and see if that works.

    Rip off!

    I bought these for my forehead lines as I didn’t want to go down the botox route. I thought they looked a little pricey but because of the good reviews I gave them a go. What a complete rip off! All they are is perforated craft paper with water activated adhesive on one side! They also DON’T WORK! I can still move my forehead when they’re stuck on and to top it off I also look like a weirdo with brown paper stuck to my forehead! The only good thing I can say about this product is that the packaging is cute.

    Great Product that works, but is a little pricey

    I've tried several brands that claim to flatten out forehead lines and this is the only brand that really delivers. I highly recommend it. Only draw back is the price keeps going up
