    Not the best way to prepare for the exam

    If studying for the LCSW exam you don't need this book, other than for the 170 question practice test at the back. It'll be better for you to buy a bunch of practice tests to get used to the format. Keep taking them until you are comfortable with and about the process. The most helpful thing when I took the LSW and LCSW exams was just memorizing the 2 acronyms: FAREAFI and AASPIRINS. Look those 2 up.

    Poor publishing quality

    While the content is excellent, I will pursue returning this particular book. The book binding is loose and looks like it will easily come apart in the near future. Two of the pages are printed at an angle that makes it difficult to read. Too bad!

    Good stuff

    It was a school book so content wasn’t compelling but it was cheaper than buying new and the used hardback version. I’m not sure if it was this book or another where some chapters were in other places than the original but they were all still there and got the job done...
