    a natural way to improve your bowel

    for the first three days I went regularly, but after that I stopped going. I will continue in the hope it will improve my bowel functions. my consultant sees no reason why I cannot continue to use these and hes the top bowel consultant

    This works for me in conjunction with a colon cleanse. For most people it will probably work by itself. Take one during the day. I recommend it.

    Not for me

    These pills didn’t really work for me but that’s just me and my diverticulitis problem, I would imagine they would work for others but sadly not me
