    The Seller was fine. Item was as described,. However Postage by EVRI was a nightmare. Seller despatched on 13/3/24 with Estimated Delivery by 15/3/24. EVRI and their Customer Service are a total disgrace, they lost it in their system and 4 unanswered requests for a Call back later the item was delivered on 23/3/24.

    This listing was for 4.5 tog. The title stated 4 5 tog. The listing details stated 4.5 tog. So I bought 1. Only to receive a 13.5 tog. When I question their mistake I got told I had ordered a 13.5 tog and blamed me!! I hadn't. Read the listing below. Mistakes happen. Dont blame customer for your error. Just sort it professionally and send me a 4.5tog what I ordered and still need? Rubbish service indeed.
