Perhaps my fault for not paying more attention to previous feedback ... No tracking no. provided because seller lied that order had been dispatched (by a 48hr courier) when it hadn't been didpatched. Six days after supposed dispatch I opened a case that the seller has declined to respond to, when the item did eventually turn up from it's tracking no. I learned that it had not commenced it's travels until four days later than the seller claimed it had.
