Helping with Fodmap Intolerance
I have Fodmap Intolerance and quite probably Leaky Gut. These digestive enzymes have given me the ability to digest my food better, the first thing I have noticed is improved energy and less nausea and less anxiety. I have been able to eat very small amounts of prohibited foods, it's early days but the improvement was noticeable within a few days. The first 3 -4 days there was some gastric discomfort, but that was the gut adapting.I have Fodmap Intolerance and quite probably Leaky Gut.
