Arrived late in a beat up box and taped up with brown Parcel tape, thought it was a new product and not a reject from somebody else along with not knowing that it actually came from your supllier rather than yourselves which was a little misleading as it states Condition New: A brand-new, unused, unopened and undamaged item in original retail packaging but nevertheless, unbroken and all intact. thank you
