Quality
All goods sold by Yeoman Yarns meet statutory requirements.
Please note that all items are produced from natural materials and as such their composition and colour may vary slightly from the image shown.
Whilst every attempt is to replicate as near as possible the exact colour of the product, Yeoman Yarns cannot under any circumstance be held liable for any variation in colour from the picture shown on the website and the final product received by the consumer.
Photography
Every effort has been made to illustrate colours accurately but this is not always possible with digital reproduction on different web browsing platforms. Hence, there can be no guarantee that the true colour of the yarns will be exactly as shown.
Also some items may appear slightly larger or smaller than actual size due to screen defaults and photography techniques. Other items may be represented at a larger than actual size in order to clearly show details or smaller than actual size in order to show the entire item.
Terms of Sale
By placing an order on the Yeoman Yarns website you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions.
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. At any time, Yeoman Yarns has the right to cancel the order before it is dispatched, refunding any money due to the customer.
Yeoman Yarns will endeavour to process the order and send the goods within the time period stated at point of purchase. Any dates quoted for delivery of the goods are indicative only.
Time for delivery will not be of the essence of the contract and Yeoman Yarns will not be liable for any loss or expenses sustained by the Buyer arising from any delay in the delivery of the Goods howsoever caused.
We will not be held responsible for any deliveries delayed due to postal delays or force majeure.
If your order is accepted we will inform you by email when we dispatch the item. When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorised user of the credit, debit card or PayPal account used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the order cost. We reserve the right to obtain validation of your credit card, debit card or PayPal details before accepting your Order. All prices advertised are subject to such change.
Your Contract
When you place an order with us, you will receive an email that acknowledges your order. This email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order.
We take payment from your card, when we process your order and have checked your card details. If we are unable to supply the goods for any reason, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. A full refund will be given if you have already paid for the goods.
A contract between us will not be formed until we send you a confirmation email that all of the goods that you ordered have been dispatched to you. Only those goods listed in the confirmation e-mail sent at the time of dispatch will be included in the contract formed.
Prices
Orders are subject to acceptance by the company and the availability of the goods, and will be invoiced at prices set out in our website at the time of purchase.
All of our prices are listed in Pounds Sterling and you will be invoiced in Pounds Sterling.
If you are purchasing goods from outside the UK, currency fluctuations and credit card charges may affect the amount billed on your credit card.
VAT Free Sales
Non-EU orders are exclusive of VAT (at 20%).
The VAT element will automatically be deducted at the checkout stage, when a non-EC country is selected.
Please note you will be liable for import duties in the usual way and your local customs office should be able to help you with this.

However, Yeoman Yarns assumes no liability whatsoever for the availability and functionality of this service. Yeoman Yarns assumes no liability for any financial loss caused by the use of Sage Pay payment service. Sage Pay complies with the Electronic Commerce Directive.

Once an order has been placed we are unable to make any changes or cancel your orders.
You can return your order once you have received it, please find further details in our Returns Section.
Cancellation by us:
We reserve the right to cancel the contract between you and us if: We have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered, or one or more of the items you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error.
If we do cancel your contract we will notify you by e-mail and will re-credit your account any sum deducted by us from your credit card as soon as possible, but in any event within five working days of your order. We will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.

Complaints
If you find that you are not satisfied with any product or service please contact the Yeoman Yarns Team at sales@yeomanyarns.co.uk. You will receive a written response from us within 7 working days. We will endeavor to resolve any complaint within a further 14 working days.
Mistakes in invoices, receipts or payments
Any mistakes in invoices, receipts or payments will be rectified as soon as possible, and at the latest within 5 working days of agreeing to do so.
Claims
Claims can only be made through contacting the Yeoman Yarns Team by e-mail: sales@yeoman-yarns.co.uk. Any claims made before prior communication with the Yeoman Yarns Team will not be considered.
All goods must be counted and checked at the time of delivery. Any damage or faults must be reported on receipt of the goods. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Any claim in respect of the above should be made by e-mailing to sales@yeomanyarns.co.uk within 48hrs of delivery.
No claims will be entertained unless the above conditions are strictly adhered to.
No credit or refund will be given for any goods ordered in error by the customer.
No credit or refund will be given for any losses due to the incorrect storage or handling by the customer of any goods supplied by Yeoman Yarns.
Agreement Liability
If you do not receive goods ordered by you within seven working days of the date on which you ordered them, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us by e-mail or telephone of the problem within 14 days of the date on which you ordered the goods.
If the goods we deliver are not what you ordered, or are damaged or defective, or the delivery is of an incorrect quantity, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us by e-mail of the problem within seven working days of the delivery of the goods in question.
If you notify us of a problem under this condition, our obligation to you will be either:
To make good any shortage or non-delivery; or
To replace any goods that are damaged or defective; or
To refund to you the amount paid for the goods in question in whatever way we choose.
Save as precluded by law, we will not be liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss, damage or expenses howsoever arising out of any problem you notify us of under this condition and we shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than to refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question as stated above.
We cannot be held responsible for any delays once the goods have left us and are in possession of the courier or Royal Mail.
You must observe and comply with all applicable regulations and legislation, including obtaining all necessary customs, import or other permits to purchase goods from our site. The importation or exportation of certain of our goods to you may be prohibited by certain national laws. We make no representation and accept no liability in respect of the export or import of the goods you purchase.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing in these terms and conditions is intended to limit any rights you might have as a consumer under applicable local law or other statutory rights that may not be excluded nor in any way to exclude or limit our liability to you for any personal injury resulting from our negligence.
