I ordered 2 bags of 16L Thomas Cat Litter Highly Absorbent Natural Mineral Litter. Instead, received two bags of Catsan, which I detest, it is really awful! No warning about this change at all. This is very disappointing. It will be a nightmare to return since I'll have to be at home, etc. But won't be using this seller again then if they can't be bothered to warn about shortage/change of product. And to add insult to injury, e-bay won't let me post this negative review for seven days.

Absolutely brilliant seller. Exactly as described and delivered when expected. The only downside I have is that the delivery person left them at my door and didn't knock, my neighbour was the one who alerted me to my delivery being at my door. But the seller isn't responsible for the delivery persons actions. I've just ordered another 2 of these because they are excellent value for money and I have just inherited my mums 6 cats! So every penny helps.
