  • If you are not fit to begin with, READ THIS.

    This book assumes a certain fitness level. If you are already there, you can bypass certain steps and dive into the program. The book is well designed, the photos are clear, and the program is laid out nicely. If you are not at a certain fitness level, then I recommend "Door Frame Pull-Up Bar Workouts", also published by Ulysses Press. It offers a balanced full body training program, that incudes progressions to a pull up.
