Sent it out to them and it took a bit longer than planned but they did send me a message a few days into it letting me know it was going to be a bit longer which I appreciate. I got the ecu back and noticed a resistor wasn't soldered back very well but they admitted fault quickly and gave me some money back to cover repair that myself. I appreciate the honesty and owning up to issues, nobody is perfect!

Ended up getting a PCM from the Junk yard for $45 and that ended up fixing the issue with check engine code from coming back P0748 "A" Electrical Governor Solenoid. However the best communication that I have ever had from a seller on EBAY. Also, refunded my money promptly and only charged me for a test on PCM.
