We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 working hours, and these are usually delivered within 1-3 working days. All parcels require someone to be available upon delivery. Nevertheless, due to unforeseeable circumstances an item might get misrouted and it could take a few days to be redirected to the correct destination. If no-one is home to take the delivery, the postman should leave you a 'while you were out' card. There are, however, rare cases when the postman may forget to leave a calling card. If you have not received your delivery within 5 days of dispatch please contact us and we will investigate this for you.
If the item you have purchased arrives faulty or damaged please contact us within 24hrs of receiving your parcel. We will require a picture of the product including the packaging if this is visibly damaged, when you have provided this information we will investigate the problem and try to resolve it as quickly as we can. If you order something in error or change your mind we will accept a return of the product in its original packaging unused, please advise us within the first 5 days of receiving your order, this will be returned at your own cost. We will issue your refund within 48hrs upon receipt of the return. If your original purchase qualified for FREE postage and packaging and you choose to return any part or the entire order, you will be responsible for the postage and packaging we incurred to ship the item(s). Please contact us before returning any items.

I dont know what to say here. After waiting 2 weeks for these tyres. I had to message the seller as they hadn't been delivered. It took them another 3 days to get them delivered to me and that was them using a 48 hour courier. They sent the wrong brand of tyresbut I'm not complaining. The ones they sent were more expensive.
