A great little VOM
This is a great little VOM. Small, low cost, accurate. I tested the DC range on a 10.00066 voltage reference. The Multimeter registered 10.00 volts DC. It does not have the features of a Fluke nor does it have the price. I would buy again for sure.

Mostly EXCELLENT Ergonomics
I have been using VOMs for over 56 years now, and have developed a few preferences and prejudices. I advise everyone I meet to purchase (and use!) an ANALOG VOM. They excel at intuitive use, as you seldom need the resolution that even a 3 1/2 digit DVM gives. When you DO need the resolution, go ahead and use your digital multimeter. This DVM is far more friendly and useful than most. Its major drawback is the lack of space to conveniently store the leads. It stands out for its simplicity, and the great clamshell case that will NOT close unless the selector switch is in the OFF position. I have spent my engineering career designing, building, and using TEST EQUIPMENT, and I'm still doing that in retirement. This Victor DVM checks more boxes for me than any other, and at an extremely ... I have been using VOMs for over 56 years now, and have developed a few preferences and prejudices. Nice back up meter
Took about 2 weeks to get it. I like the compact size with the leads easily stored in the case. I tried the counter on an Eico 324 and it read up to 10 MHz with good accuracy. The DC voltage was right on compared to my Fluke 87III. I think it's an excellent value. I will be going on vacation and will take this little guy with me.
