    Item was listed as new but what we received was a used "Inovance inverter MD500T5.5GB". The inverter's label Inovance on the front and manufacturer label at the back were stripped off. Mounting screw marks indicates previous usage. I asked the seller that this will be returned and offered a $50 partial refund in exchange of not returning it. I asked for $100 but he countered with $75. Didn't even provide return address after repeated requests. Asked for $75 twice but not replying anymore.
