The instructions are appalling - mean and in adequate The reproduction on the hand set poor with background Chad The set requires two cables instead of one which adds to the already birds nest of cables on my desk In short the set lacks what it should provide cluttering an already mess of cables on the desk

Being hard of hearing I looked for a new phone that promised good sound quality. This phone fulfilled all of this. I can hear what people are saying so much better than my old phone of a different make. I am told that people on the other end can hear me better too. I am also pleased with the noise the ring tone makes, this can be heard all over the house. I guess it can be turned down for people with normal hearing.Being hard of hearing I looked for a new phone that promised good sound quality. This phone fulfilled all of this.
