Easy to use and clean. A little tip for removing fondant or sugar paste (and air-dry clay!)cleanly from the mouldsin one piece,is to freeze the filled mould for 10 mins, the paste then pops right out. Wait a couple of minutes, if necessary, to make it pliable, then apply to cake etc.
