Excellent build quality useful features including hands free and loudspeaker. Very tactile. Easy to copy directory to other handsets. Controls unwanted calls. Compact but still good sized keys. Had several other makes before but these are best. Not the cheapest but to be blunt you get what you pay for. All round well worth the price.

Flying a helicopter might be easier than setting up this phone!
Far too complicated. Very poor setting up instructions. It would have been much easier if the answer phone base also housed one of the phones instead of it being two separate bases which of course needs two wall sockets. I wish I had never bought it. Based on this experience I will not buy a Gigaset product again.

Admittedly she will not use many of the functions of the phones. I bought this type an manufacturer as I have found them to be very reliable and long lasting. These phones were advertised as open box refurbished. On arrival they were as new and fully working.
