Very sorry this has happened. We do pack in zip lock bags due to overseas post being expensive we have to keep the thickness below 0.5mm or the price would have to go up to $20 postage. Happy to rectify or refund if you are able to reply to my message. This is an uncommon thing to happen so they must have been really squashed in transit overseas.
