    Best bleach to achieve perfect white blonde hair

    The product arrived when expected. It's the only product that really bleaches your hair to a white, non brassy blonde. It makes it that you could also skip the toner phase. It also keeps your hair healthy. The nice scent is a plus. I would never use any other bleach put there on the market.
